What do you mean by 'list price'?

List price is a price implied by a publisher or the average market price of an item.

Is VAT tax included in a price?

Yes, every price given on our site is a gross price.

Is the delivery charge dependent on the number of ordered books?

Charges for the delivery in Poland are given outright so they are not dependent on the size, number or weight of the package. For the orders sent abroad, charges depend on the weight of the package. Please note: If your order exceeds PLN we'll be happy to deliver your order for no charge at all (orders sent by Polish Postal Service and UPS Courier on the territory of Poland).
 

Can I give you different delivery addresses?

Every order should have one recipient. If you want us to deliver ordered books to different recipients then each recipient should have separate order.

Will I get a receipt or an invoice?

We include an invoice to every order, as a confirmation of a purchase. Please note: If you wish to receive an invoice please provide invoice details while completing the order.

Can I get seperate invoices for items form one order?

We can draw up seperate invoices for each item in your order. Please state such a request while completing the order.

While drawing up an invoice, the delivery charge will be included in prices of items in line to their value.

Why can't I use cards Maestro or Visa Electron to pay for the order?

Those cards are not customized/authorised to online transactions. The only exception is Visa Electron Intelligo issued by PKO BP S.A. and Bre Bank (mBank).

When my credit card is charged (When the payment is collected from my account?)

The collectible amount is put on authorisation hold till we send the order to you. Then the due amount is batched.

How can I pay with the bank transfer?

When you reach the 'Payment' sector you should choose the option 'prepayment - bank transfer' and complete your order. Next, we will send you an invoice pro-forma by e-mail. Promptly after putting your payment down, we complete your order.

How fast the order can be completed and sent?

Under exceptional circumstances, after previous notice, we may complete your order the same day, if it was placed before 2 P.M. Please note: ordered items will be delivered on a next workday.

If I place the order on Thursday or Friday, will I receive the package on Saturday?

Orders placed on Friday are sent on Monday, so the delivery will be on Tuesday at the earliest. The orders placed on Thursday however, may be delivered on Saturday earliest, but the only by Polish Postal Service (UPS Courier does not deliver on Saturdays). In such cases time of the delivery is dependant on Polish Postal Service.

Is is possible to join the placed orders?

Such a possibility exists before completing the order, in this case delivery charge will be changed to one package.

Can I change my order after I placed it?

We can change the order at your request. Please note: Any change can be done before the package is sent.
